Need to cancel your Bargin Pro subscription?
You can cancel anytime in your account dashboard — no email needed. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How fast do you respond?
Most emails get a reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Billing and privacy requests are prioritized and answered within 2 business days at the latest.
Do you offer phone support?
Not yet — we keep costs low so Bargin can stay free for casual users. Email is the fastest way to reach us.
I found a bug or wrong price. What now?
Email hello@findbargin.com with a screenshot and the product link. We update prices in real time but occasionally a retailer's feed lags — your report helps us flag and fix it faster.
Can I list my store on Bargin?
Yes — we're always looking for new retailers. Reach out at business@findbargin.com with your store details and product feed format.
Where are you based?
Bargin is an independent online service that compares prices from US retailers and displays them in US dollars. For legal or postal correspondence, email privacy@findbargin.com — we'll respond with the appropriate address.
